This is not your average or even above average gel polish experience. The Dazzle Dry Nail System is arguably the most revolutionary nail care product of this century. This new and criminally unknown Dazzle Dry system floored me!

I asked the manicurist questions during the entire session, high-key expecting her to have lied when she said no UV/LED light was required and could be removed with regular polish removers like traditional polish. How long has this product existed? Is it available to non-professionals? Does it really last that long? In the short time I had with each free hand during the service, I visited their website and ordered an introductory kit. Sure enough, the manicure was beautiful, chip-free for almost two weeks, and easily replicated at home! All in 4 ridiculously easy steps and with no UV light!

I couldn’t get over how revolutionary it was! I kept thinking about what kind of magic went down at the Dazzle Dry headquarters. How To Use (FYI, all the steps are numbered on the packaging):

STEP 1: NAIL PREP

This step is crucial for optimal polish wear and cannot be skipped. Intended to give your nails the best canvas for adhesion while strengthening them, the formula is infused with Vitamin B5, Calcium, and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein. Using one lint-free pad per hand to ensure you’re not just spreading contaminants, soak each one with the PREP formula and scrub the surface of your nails to remove oils, dirt, lotion, etc.

STEP 2: BASE COAT

This step is no surprise nor unknown territory to frequent nail polish users. A Base Coat is a standard step in most manicure systems. Yet, this Base Coat is not like others—it’s far from it. It expands and contracts, kind of like the motion of your chest breathing so as not to restrict the natural movement of your nail; yes, your nail actually moves! The flexibility it allows between your nail bed and the first layer of polish (Step 3) enables your nail to do its thing without the friction that usually causes polish to crack, and you guessed, it, chip. Apply two coats and wait for each to dry completely before the next application.

Note: If you notice a cloudy consistency, simply let it sink in warm water until it is completely clear. Ensure to keep water or any other substance from getting inside and contaminating the formula.

STEP 3: NAIL LACQUER

With two layers of lacquer, this is the fun part! It’s recommended to dip the brush into the bottle for each nail and wait for each nail to dry completely before the next application.

Note For sheer or shimmer finishes, use three light coats instead of two.

STEP 4: TOP COAT

This step is super easy and nothing out of the ordinary. A simple, generous coat evens out the surface of the lacquer and gives it a beautiful shiny finish.
