Shipping (Domestic)

All orders (except pre-orders and delays noted on specific product descriptions) ship within 1-3 business days. A shipment notification will be sent to the email on file.

*Orders over $40 (before taxes) qualify for a shipping discount. For qualifying domestic orders, the shipping discount covers the full cost of standard shipping, making standard shipping free. Shipping discounts cannot be combined with other offers that provide a greater shipping discount.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re less than satisfied with your purchase, all unopened and unused items sold by Pen & Honey Bookstore in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the receipt date. Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have proof of purchase may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.

To process a return and refund, reach out to our team via email at returns@penandhoneybooks.com with your order number, the SKU of the item you wish to return, and the tracking number of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Pen & Honey does not provide return shipping labels. We will provide a full refund for valid returns when the product is received on our end and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
