Shipping Domestic

All orders (except pre-orders and delays noted on specific product descriptions) ship within 1-2 business days. A shipment notification will be sent to the email on file.

*A shipping discount of $3.99 is applied to orders over $35 (before taxes) but is not applicable to orders that qualify and apply for a discount greater than $3.99. For domestic orders, the shipping discount of $3.99 covers 100% of shipping charges, thereby making it an order with free shipping.

Shipping International

We offer shipping to Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Sweden, and the UK at varying rates. *A shipping discount of $3.99 is applied to orders over $35 (before taxes) but is not applicable to orders that qualify and apply for a discount greater than $3.99.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re less than satisfied with your purchase, all unopened and unused items sold by Pen & Honey Bookstore + Press in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the receipt date. Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have proof of purchase may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return. To process a return and refund, reach out to our team via email at returns@penandhoneybooks.com with your order number, the SKU of the item you wish to return, and the tracking number of the package. We do not provide return shipping labels. We will provide a full refund for valid returns when the product is received on our end and inspected. Any shipping charges deriving from the original order and the return are not refundable.
