ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Mexican-born and London-based chef Susana Villasuso runs an Instagram page (@holasus) and a blog (Life Limon y Sal), where she showcases simple, authentic Mexican food that is delicious and easy to make at home. Susana grew up learning to cook from both her mother and grandmother. In this debut cookbook, she blends modern and authentic Mexican recipes, using easily available supermarket ingredients.
